By accessing or using Mail Warrior ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Mail Warrior is an AI-powered email management service that:
- Automatically categorizes emails using artificial intelligence
- Applies labels to organize your Gmail inbox
- Processes unsubscribe requests on your behalf
- Provides email statistics and insights
3. User Accounts
- You must have a valid Google/Gmail account to use our Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Circumvent usage limits or security measures
5. Service Functionality
Email Processing: By using our Service, you authorize us to:
- Access your Gmail account via Google OAuth
- Read email headers and metadata
- Apply labels to categorize emails
- Process unsubscribe actions
- Generate usage statistics
AI Categorization: Our AI makes best-effort categorizations. While highly accurate, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in email classification.
6. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mail Warrior and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not responsible for email delivery or Gmail service issues
- We are not liable for any AI categorization errors
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mail Warrior and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time
- We may terminate or suspend access for Terms violations
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases
- All provisions that should survive termination will do so
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
